The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

We’ve improved our meter reading process so it’s a better experience for customers. The app will now advise you on the accuracy of the meter reads being submitted based on what we’re expecting to see. If the read is outside of a tolerance level then we’ll still accept it but it will go to our team to check first. We’ve also included some minor bug fixes and security enhancements.
